mcw Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: January 2025 — mcw reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1 Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw platform and all associated services. Any person accessing the service through the mcwclub.cam website, mobile app or any other channel is subject to these Terms. Using the service means you fully accept these Terms.

mcw provides services only to those who are participating voluntarily and knowingly. Before accessing the platform, each user is responsible for confirming the applicable laws in their own country or region.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on mcw and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be cancelled at any time.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or cancelled and mcw reserves the right to forfeit their balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in account cancellation and any pending transactions will be blocked.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mcw may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document to verify an account. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password fully confidential. Sharing or giving login details to anyone else is prohibited. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact the mcw support team immediately.

Regardless of what occurs in the account — whether the user is logged in or not — the user is responsible for all activity carried out under that account. mcw will act promptly on reports of unauthorised access but will not be liable for transactions that occurred before such a report.

It is advisable to change your password regularly.
If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
Be alert to phishing or fraudulent communications — mcw never asks for your password by email or chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

mcw currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted by mcw.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours of a successful request. However, if identity verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected, mcw may hold the withdrawal until additional verification is completed.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

Users must ensure the correct account number and method before completing a transaction. mcw is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the mcw platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
While one bonus is active, a new bonus cannot be activated until the conditions of the previous one are met.
If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

mcw runs various regular promotions including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses and cricket special offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are listed on the promotion details page. mcw may start, change or end any promotion at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet or game round cannot be cancelled — however, mcw reserves the right to void or adjust a bet in cases of technical error or incorrect odds being displayed. In such situations, mcw will notify the affected user.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device shutting down, the outcome will be determined based on the server record. mcw does not accept responsibility for issues on the user's end.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity Prohibited

Software bots, automated betting scripts, collusion or any other fraudulent methods are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be cancelled.

6.4 Odds and Results

Odds offered by mcw may change up until the actual event begins. Separate rules apply for bets accepted after an event has started and these are noted accordingly. Results are determined using announcements from internationally recognised sports bodies.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

mcw's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold and 0.8% for Platinum, calculated on weekly net losses.

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Cashback is credited to the account on a weekly basis at a scheduled time.
VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
VIP tier assignment is based on mcw's own evaluation.
VIP membership may be cancelled at any time in cases of terms violation.

8 Responsible Gaming

mcw takes responsible gaming seriously. Adult users make their own decisions, but we want every member to enjoy themselves within their own means. Betting or gaming should never be seen as a source of income.

Account cooling-off period: 24 hours to 30 days.
Self-exclusion: keeping the account permanently closed for a set period.
Account review upon request by a family member or guardian is available.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

All personal data provided through registration or use of mcw services is collected, stored and used in accordance with mcw's privacy policy. Protecting user data is a priority for mcw.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 mcw's Rights

mcw may temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Evidence of fraud, collusion or use of software bots.
Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
Operating multiple accounts.

10.2 User's Rights

Users may also request account closure at any time. If any verification or investigation is pending at the time of the request, final settlement will take place only after that process is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

mcw provides its services on an as-is basis. mcw is not obliged to pay compensation for losses caused by technical issues, disruption to third-party services, loss of internet connection or unforeseen circumstances.

mcw makes every effort to maintain platform stability and security to the highest degree. However, no online service can guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability — users are considered to have acknowledged this by using the service.

12 Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

If a complaint or dispute arises, contact mcw's 24/7 live chat or email support first. The support team provides assistance in both Bangla and English.

If an issue cannot be resolved directly through live chat, it will be escalated to a higher level. mcw aims to respond within 72 hours, though complex matters may take longer.

13 Changes to Terms

mcw may partially or fully update these Terms at any time. After any change, the last updated date on the page will be revised. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you will always have the option to request account closure.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue in full force.

14.2 No Waiver

If mcw does not enforce a term in a particular instance, this does not mean that right has been waived — the right to enforce the same term in the future remains at all times.

14.3 Language of Communication

The Bangla version of these Terms is the original document. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bangla version and any translation, the Bangla version will take precedence.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guide together form the complete agreement between the user and mcw. No verbal or informal undertakings beyond these documents are binding.
